Why do people feel the need to canonize the dead no matter how shitty they actually were in life?
Like how George Floyd, violent career criminal who once broke into a pregnant womans home, pistol whipped, robbed, and beat the **** out of her with 5 of his friends, is now suddenly this "gentle giant" who "wouldn't hurt nobody"?
Why do we do this??? The guy is going to be awarded the Mahatmas Ghandi Non Violence Award for ***** sake lmao. HOW IS THIS REAL LIFE.

Yes indeed. I think most of us agree that George should not have had to die that day, but portraying him as some sort of saint/hero is absolutely ridiculous. Meet the real George;

Just think of Anjezë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu, an Albanian insane nun who left her convent and went to India decided to collect very sick people, put them into decrepit "Houses of Death" and let them die there, suffering, withholding even the barest relief and hygiene, because "suffering brought them close to Christ". She was a despotic demented monster.
But.... she got millions in "donations", a Nobel Prize, and finally was made a "saint" by the Pope. Idiots worship her and believe all the hype about her.
Same thing.
