I think whole world is suffering from Schizophrenia. There is too many symptoms of this, but there is one and only permanent solution for this problem is "Gurudev Siyag's Siddha Yoga" I tried and experienced it personally. This gives result practically.

It's primarily characterized by dopaminergic excitotoxicity. The on/off switch isn't working, flooding the cell and killing it. It a highly degenerative disease in that regard, without medication started at an early phase, it just keeps getting worse.
