would feminization pills make me lose my body hairs?

    If by "feminization pills" you mean hormone replacement therapy, then yes, you will lose male-pattern body hair. The hair on your chest and belly will slowly disappear, and most of your beard and mustache area hairs will, too. The hair on your scalp may thicken as well.
