What are your thoughts when you encounter wild animal in a city?

That depends on what kind of wild animal it is.  If it were a cougar (which has happened) I'd be worried, but not for the decline of urban areas, for my life.  If it's a deer I'd still be worried, but for the deer's safety.  When wild animals resort to coming into the city limits, nature isn't doing fine.

There are certain wild animals that are rather common sights within city limits here,,, coyotes, foxes, skunks, possums, all manner of snakes, raptors, nutrias, bobcats, raccoons, even the occasional deer,, for the most part I have no thoughts on them, as I said they are common sights, you get used to them,, the coyotes and bobcats, I'm not a fan, they have a tendency to kill pet cats and small dogs, don't care much for the snakes either, the poisonous ones that is,

I'm worried. There have been monkeys in my neighbourhoods and some of them even snuck into my neighbours' house to steal food and sleep on their bed for hours!!
