Atheists: What are the long term implications of the Christian idea that there's no objective truth and everyone is free to make their own?

How do you think this is going to play out 10, 50, or 100 years down the road?

One seems to think this is a "Christian" idea when it is not.

Atheist here, there is no objective "truth." The fact is, what we consider to be "truth" is drawn from our perspective and collective knowledge as humans. What is considered to be "truth" in one era changes in the next as our collective knowledge changes.

Further, we cannot deny that our capacity for understanding is limited by our senses (which shape the way our minds work). People who were born blind do think differently than those who weren't.

Source(s): Sorry, still an atheist. Still an atheist, and you're still making claims without evidence.

Christians are wonderful hypocrites. Each one thinks their particular set of morals matches the morality of the supreme being they happen to believe in.
