My package was processed on May 20th 2020 through your ISC Chicago at 807am can not trace it any more where is it? RN693991341GB ?

    I just went thru this with a package from China, it was being held by customs.

    And the good part is they will not even acknowledge having it.

    All you can do is wait.

    It's very possible that you have been victimized by a scam.  If you paid via credit card, seek a refund through the card.
