YOU MEAN ILLEGAL ALIEN WHICH MEANS THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW SHOULD BE DEPORTED IMMEDIATELY AND NEVER ALLOW BACK INTO THIS COUNTRY

Illegal aliens who entered without inspection have NO status, therefore cannot be "fixed." They must return to their country of citizenship. After completing their bar to reentry, IF they have a qualified sponsor to petition for their immigration, the sponsor can do so, however, the illegal alien's history of breaking the law will always be against them. No lawyer can "fix" their status, although with enough money, they might try to fight deportation. And nobody "gives" illegal aliens green cards.

They may want to consult an immigration lawyer, but it's likely that even they won't be of much help. There's really no legal process, at least none that I am aware of, for someone who entered without inspection to get a green card.

They can always consult with a lawyer to see if there are any methods by which they could seek legalization. But in most cases this is impossible. Those who manage it usually do so by marrying US citizen sponsors then returning home to await the processing necessary to return to the US legally.

Their status is not broken, and does not need to be fixed. Their status is correct - entered without inspection and a criminal.
No person can "give" you a green card. A green card comes from the federal government of the US.
What you need to do to get a green card is
- get yourself legal. Get out of the US where you are breaking the law with your presence
- serve any bans that you have earned
- have your qualifying sponsoring relative file form I-130 for you
- Follow the process through from the I-130, carefully following all of the instructions, all the way to a green card

They need to return home to their own country where they will be legal......
ADD: They are illegally in the country so entered the country illegally, ie breaking the law... so there is no 'fixing status' when they have no status in the country in the first place...they go home, serve their ban, educate themselves about visas....
