How can I change my way of thinking?

I have been making bitter and disgusting faces at people everytime someone approaches me and because of it I lose and cant make friends because they feel my negative energy. Intentionally I dont want to make those faces but when someone approaches I get scared that soneone might think that I am fake but in reality I am not. I need serious mental health with this. Please dont take this as a joke.
