What are good safety measures I can take if some 1 shot at my house and my neighbors too? Idk why, don’t have problems with ppl & can’t move?

    File a complaint with the police,  that's the standard first step.

    Short of installing bullet proof glass, theres not much you can do about the actual shooting. Install camera outside your house with a good 360 degree view so that, if 8t happens again, you can at least report it to thr police and stop the guy from doing it again
