Does CHOP officially have the highest per capita violent crime rate of any sovereign nation on earth?

Six square blocks. That's it. Six. Maybe 2,000-3,000 people total in that area. Three shootings in as many days, countless attacks on totally random people literally for nothing more than documenting the events of the area, and who the **** even knows how many more sexual assaults have occured in addition to the several that have been reported. 

This place is six square blocks. SIX. That's it. Two weeks in and they're already on track to beat Rio De Janeiro's most dangerous favelas.
