When are we going to change New York City's name? Did you know it's named after the most prolific slave trader in the western hemisphere?

The Arch Duke of York, for whom NYC was named, shipped more African slaves to the Americas than any other organization in the Atlantic slave trade. Dude was the Jeff Bezos of the slavery game, and our "greatest city" is directly named after him. Why are we not tearing down this long standing institution of overt racism, comrades?

First, England had NO arch Duke, so it was the duke of York, generally younger brother of the Prince of Wales.  It was the crown itself was part owner of the slave trade.

Exactly, we should name it "New Pyongyang" instead.
