You don't fit the criteria for being eligible to apply for a gun license because you've served more than a 3 month custodial sentence & you have chronic mental health issues,so your GP would flag your firearms application because you're such a significant danger to yourself & others.(Even people with a clean criminal record taking anti-depressants for depression aren't eligible to apply for a firearms license)

You need to demonstrate & maintain a genuine reason to apply for a permit to acquire a firearm too

Immigrate to the U.S.  It's easy to get a gun in the U.S.
