Will Flu tablets containing paracetamol help with toothache pain?

I have toothache and all I have is flu tablets containing paracetamol, will try help with pain relief?

    Yes it is a good pain medication.

    And if you use it in combination with advil it is VERY effective for tooth pain.

    Yes isn’t it a sleep medicine? I’ve taken Simply Sleep diphenhydramine before for a headache and it worked. It lowers the blood pressure I guess and the pain subsides.
