What do you think of men who keep making excuses to delay having a baby with their female spouses?

It's as much on the woman as on the man in this situation - to keep accepting the excuses all those years.

Then I would think, that they are in a relationship with poor communication. In a good relationship both partners can openly talk about their hopes, fears and plans etc. If someone has to make excuses, there are unhealthy problems like different plans and wishes for the life, high demands from one partner, fear of loosing eachother, fear of being honest and so on.  

They’re selfish time wasters. And you need to leave ASAP 

This is not only men's problem but also with women. There can be many reasons for this & we need to look if the reasons are logic and acceptable or not. From there onwards, we can look for the solution.

You need to sit him down and ask him.  

Many men are scared of having children because we are so childish ourselves.  Men are also still considered protectors.  Having a tiny easily breakable human on your shoulder is stressful.  Children are more people to feed, if i wasn’t making enough money i would feel bad about not being able to provide for my family. Speaking of money...weddings.  Most people didn’t save enough money to pay for the wedding before they proposed.  People max credit cards, they max line of credits.  I saved, and we only went a few thousand over limit, we were stable enough to have kids right away...postponing kids is a way to get his footing before throwing himself further into financial ruin

Having children should be discussed before marriage.  If men do not want to have children, it is time to break up if that is what the woman wants
