    Your article addresses what countries do more testing and honestly report Coronavirus cases.  It does not address overall safety of people at all.  

    Rawanda has a much higher rape and murder rate than the U.S.    Sweden has a higher rape rate than either country.   If you are female and want to remain safe, avoid Sweden.
