Does a tiny home or tiny home trailer have to be registered in Oregon?
I am getting a tiny home on wheels (8.5 feet wide) and Im wondering if I need to register the tiny home or the trailer with the DMV?

Yes, it's legally an RV, if it conforms to RV standards and you keep up the illusion. You'll also want to find out what your local jurisdiction thinks of live-in RVs. If you're going through a reputable builder or dealer in the state, they'll have some good information on all of that.
