As a criminal migrant, you need to leave this country and start the PROPER and LEGAL procedure from home.

A lawyer can't "fix" anyone's status. A lawyer can't magically make anyone eligible for any visa for which they are not already eligible.

Your status isn't "broken" and does not need to be "fixed". The problem is that you are engaged in an illegal activity every day that you wake up in a country where you do not have permission to be. You need to quit breaking the law.

If you are an illegal alien, there is NO way to "fix" your status - you have no status to change or adjust. You can easily spend $25,000 on legal fees to no avail because there is NO way to change your status! Your only option is to return to your country of citizenship.

Lawyers help one navigate the law, they don't make law up as they go. So look at it this way... You're hiring a lawyer to investigate whether you've got any grounds for legalization. In most cases those who enter without inspection simply cannot "fix" their status. But by all means talk to a professional to see if you're one of those rare cases that does have some mechanism by way of which to gain status.

As you are an illegal, save your money and return home where you will be legal.............. as regardless of what you spend you will not get 'fixed' to be legal as you have no legal status

There are lawyers who specialize in immigration if you feel that you were treated unfairly after going through the proper channels on your own.
