    pH =1 = -log[H+] => [H3O+] =0.1M

    pH=13 => pOH =14-pH=14-13=1

    pOH=-log[OH-] =1=> [OH-] =0.1M

    H+ + OH- => H2O

    0.1M  0.1M

    ==> H forms a neutral solution water molecules having a pH = 7=> neutral

    Allacids neutralizes all base present .

    Answer is 7
