    Must be a breathing, non knuckle dragging humanoid.  

    Must have a job.

    Must have own apartment or home. 

    Parents (or parent) must live at least 500 miles away.

    Must be debt free.

    Face must not break mirrors.

    Must be taller than me when I am in heels. 

    Must have a functioning penis and be able to reproduce.
