Do you think defunding the police will reduce the number of blacks killed in Chicago?

In 2012, Robert Tracy, the head of the Chicago Police Department's Office of Crime Control Strategies, surmised that there are at least 60 gangs splitting into roughly 600 wings. A Chicago Police study of the 436 murders a year prior found that most of the victims were young Black males killed in gang-related disturbances, noting that "most victims and their killers had a prior history of an arrest."

    Since the Cities of Chicago, New York, and Seattle, started to defund the police the Murder Rates and a new Crime Wave has taken over in those Foolishly Democrat Run Cities. It isn't the police killing Blacks, it is Blacks killing Blacks.

    but the black lady in chicago wants to know who killed her baby, how are they going to find the killer if they are defunded?
