Does Polygel Nail kits damage the nails?
I am planning to get into the nail arts and found Polygel nail kit during my research. I am concerned about my nail health. What do you say?

As long as it is applied and removed properly, Poly gel shouldn't damage the natural nail. You have to soak them in acetone then buff or sand them off.

I wanted to get a polygel kit as well, but I was told its a pain to take off. From what most people told me that they have to file it off with an electric nail drill/file
