Someone shot at my car and front door and my neighbors as well. Advice?

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not can someone please lead me in the right direction if they know. But a few weeks ago, between about 2-3am someone shot once at a trailer down the street from my house. Like 3-4 houses down. 

Then they shot my next door neighbors car a few times and I think once at their house.(maybe not). 

Then they shot at my car in the front of my house twice. 

And once at my front door. 

Do you guys think this was a random shooting or meant for someone in my family? Perhaps someone trying to send some type of message or they aren’t sure about my exact location?

The thing is, I’ve only had very light problems with people this year. I didn’t think anything was serious enough for someone to come and shoot.?

I know my brother has problems with people but he is in Jail and I’m not sure how they would have found this address. Not at all. 

Only 2 girls know where I stay at, not really anyone else. So I’m just trying to figure this out. 

I have pictures of the bullet holes/where they landed etc.

My neighbor caught it on camera but all he got was a black car. That’s it. 

He said that a drug dealer lived here before me. It’s been about two years
