What are your qualifications? What degrees do you hold in which field from which university/ies where? What post-master's (preferably doctoral or professional) degree experience do you have doing what, exactly, how well & how long for whom where? What specialized expertise do you have, preferably in a STEM occupation, which is in short supply somewhere, and is eligible for temporary employment visa or immigration to some other country? Can you compete with people from around the world for one vacant position with a qualified employer who can consider foreign applicants? Expect 100-1000 applicants from around the world for any position which offers any chance at a temporary employment visa somewhere. If you cannot find "good work" in your own country, chances are pretty high that you are not qualified to work in some other country.

Worldwide labor glut of a billion adults already, with another billion on track to enter the world's workforces within the decade. Now complicate gross overpopulation with those unwilling and/or unable to produce enough of value to support themselves. Complicate that further with technological developments which are eliminating not just jobs but entire occupations. And now, with telecommuting, working remotely, expect availability of employment visas to be cut drastically. If there's nobody in a country who can do a job, they can hire someone to do that work & let them remain in their own country to do it.

    What country are you from?

Very hard to qualify for a work visa to most countries

You'd need a work visa in that country. Every country has their own work visa requirements; generally you need specialist / high level degree + experience (eg STEM), fluency in the language of the country, and often a sponsoring employer first.

The first step would be to honestly asses your skill set then do some research on which countries need what kinds of labor. Then you'd look to see if there are any programs set up to facilitate this. In most cases if you're lower skilled your stay in a foreign nation will be as a guest worker with no option to stay after your work contract is completed. But if you're higher skilled there may be a way to turn a work visa into permanent residency.

Same way you do here.   Have a skill someone is willing to pay you to perform.
