Biden calls Arizona ‘an important city’ during an interview on the 2020 election. ?
Do you need any more proof that he is in the early stages of dementia?

A slip of the tongue.
But the big problem for Republicans on this is that Trump is just so much worse. For example, last year, IIRC, he was touring Paradise California, a town which had been destroyed by a wildfire. He kept referring to it as "Pleasure". And that's just one example. Trump's said a lot of other dumb, goofy, and perhaps senile, things. Such as when he talked about meeting with the "President of Puerto Rico" (apparently not understanding that he is the President in Puerto Rico), when he talked about how George Washington's army "seized the airports", or when he mistakenly claimed that his father had been born in Germany.

Biden also called Africa a country.

It cracks me up that no matter how hard conservatives try to say how "unfit" Biden is Trump out does him. Things like "fine people", parents should be replaced, Revolutionary War airports, injecting disinfectant, windmills cause cancer, and a host of other nonsense.

Maybe,,,, maybe not.
The interviewer mentioned Arizona,, Biden responded with "you're an important city",, not really clear if he was just referring to the city he was in,,, of course to FOX it was clearly a sign of dementia,,,
By the way,,, how's that windmill cancer coming along there Covfefe.

Maybe Arizona is a city in one of the 57 American states that Obama visited? Who knows? I mean, Biden singe-handedly ended apartheid in South Africa (according to him) so anything is possible.
