Why have I felt bloated for the past few days?
I was at work and the whole time i felt fine. I usually skip breakfast and skip my meal at work, usually just taking my lunch home. Last week on Friday, i got home and thats when i started feeling "hungry". I ate my lunch and still felt weird in my stomach. Almost as if i was hungry but full at the same time. Its been some days and now its monday. I only poop diarrhea and small soft pieces of actual poop. I havent thrown up (though sometimes i feel like i have to), nor am i sick. Really all i feel like is if i just ate a big meal. Moving around a lot makes me feel like i need to puke. I have taken milk of magnesia and it really didnt help, at least not in the 30 min - 6 hour period. The first time i took some, i only poopes water later on that night. The second time i drank some, still water but also actual small lumps of poop. Since then ive only pooped once and it was the same, water and lumps. However pooping doesnt make it feel better. Its not severe but it is uncomfortable. Even if i go for a while of not eating, my stomach will start to growl and feel hungry but still feels bloated that i dont even want to eat. Any advice other than going to the doctor? I would if i HAVE to but keep in mind im broke
Also i dont have any history of food intolernace and my back does ache a lot

You could just have a stomach bug. Like a bacterial infection. You will just have to wait it out, try to eat well and stay hydrated. Your body will sort it out. If it doesn't go away in a week or two, THEN go to the doctor. Also think if there has been any recent changes to your diet.
