Doctors, could this be ovarian cancer or just some trapped gas?
For the past week, I’ve been feeling discomfort, slight bloating, occasional mild pain on my lower left abdomen, right below my belly button, and a bit of back pain on the left side as well. I noticed that when I look down at my stomach, the left side bulges out a little more than the right side. Nothing that noticeable but still noticeable. I noticed that this area stays to cramp and hurt a lot when I work out. It somewhat feels like gas trapped in my stomach but then I question why I’m also having slight back pain as well. I’m only 26 years old, could this really be ovarian cancer?

Doctor's can't diagnose cancer based on just some symptoms.
You need to go see a REAL DOCTOR to find answers to your questions about your health.
Considering your age, it is far more likely to be a non-cancerous cyst or tumor of some kind. When I was 30, I had a rather large tumor removed from my left side. It was big enough that it had killed my left ovary. It was NOT cancerous. I didn't have very many symptoms. Just occasional pain in that side.
No matter what it is, you should get to a doctor ASAP. The sooner any issue is dealt with, the better the chances are for a good outcome. I delayed getting anything done with the issues I was feeling and that might be why I don't have one ovary.
