Is NYC fully open?

I want to go to NYC. I would like to go there this summer. I am wondering if the statue of liberty, movies etc are open?

    You live in California?  If so, be aware that if you try to visit New York City, you will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.

    On top of that, virtually everything a tourist would want to do remains closed.

    No, the major tourist attractions in NYC are still closed.  The Statue of Liberty, Broadway shows, museums, etc. are all closed.  I think the zoos there are starting to open, with advance reservations.  Now is not the time to visit NYC.
