I have a friend who lives in northern China, and she often does.  Partly to help prevent disease, but, also partly to not get sunburned on the face.  In China (and, some other countries in Asia), light skin is admired, so, they want to have it.  Blocking the sun helps with this.

Did you played GTA San Andreas where some Asian gangsters wear masks?

Not all Asians wear a mask. If you are asking why you see masks worn in predominantly Asian countries, that is due to the history that Asia has had with viral outbreaks, in addition to massive amounts of pollution in that part of the world. In particular, mask wearing became a tradition during the 19th century during pandemics such as the the influenza that took place during that time. Then the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 caused massive damage along with a major inferno that destroyed over 600,000 homes. This in turn created poor air quality due to the ash and materials there were set ablaze.

The overall history of mask wearing in Asia has been tied to the above events as well as others that have made it a cultural staple. Not as a fashion statement, but due to the propensity for such catastrophes and public health emergencies to happen over and over again.

    All of them don't.

Many people do so, especially in China, because of heavy pollution in the cities.  This was more common in Japan in the late 20th century until pollution levels were reduced.

All Asians do not wear masks. I know a few who don't unless it's required in a store. Just because you see a few doing something doesn't mean everyone does it. This world has billions of people who are individuals.
