If I rent a porta potty for my job site is it tax deductible ?

I am security guard, unfortunately the job site I am currently working at does not have a restroom facilities after 11.00 pm.  I have let it be known to my superiors but has fallen upon deaf ears.  I will rent one is the only solution I can come up with.  I am just wondering since I'm paying the expense of the rental can I take off my taxes.

This sounds illegal to me. A restroom should be mandated in a location for you to access even if you have to walk hundreds of yards to do it. Incredible.

No and you also can't have a port-a-potty placed on someone else's land.

Employee business expenses were axed in the 2017 tax bill. Prior to that it would have been an itemized deduction and probably wouldn't have been enough to deduct anyway.  It seems the job site should let you have a key to enter the facility. Otherwise you'll have to use your break time to access a restroom somewhere else.

When I looked into renting one (to use while remodeling my bathroom) they are very pricey. Tax deductible ? Probably not.
