In a job that requires no restrictions how can a person work with the use of a cane?

Would not that be a restriction. Please someone educate or inform me of the official protocol or procedure on this.

They would need a medical doctor to say they had that restriction, and the employer can then accommodate or not.

WHERE?  This is an international site.

In MY State a can is a restriction.

Not where I live. No restrictions means just that. No canes allowed.

They’re not aloud to discriminate and not hire someone because they have a cane. So you get hired anyway and the rule is ignored so they don’t get in a lawsuit.
