Could Jesus be the singularity at the centre of a black hole or was he a mythical character made up 1600 years ago?

The strongest possibility in my mind is that he actually existed, but of course was just a guy.  Then they made up the stories about him later.

Since Jesus was here 2000 years ago, that's a really dumb question.

Jesus is not a mythical character.  He is the Christ, the Son of the Living God.  He is Son of God and Son of the Virgin Mary.  He is Our Savior and Our Redeemer.  He is to be loved, honored and worshiped.  His mother is to be loved and honored.
