Will the census affect my college and healthcare? ?

I moved in June to a different state but haven't changed my address. I keep my address as my moms house, next state over. I received a census form on my doorstep to fill out and it said if I didn't fill it out I would be fined.

I filled it out and it asked me where I was living in April, I said my moms house and provided the information. I kept my address there due to my health care and financial aid for college. Since I answered the form that was left on my door at my new house--will it ruin my financial aid and health care?

No.  Your mom's house is still your permanent address, your current housing is "off-campus" housing.
