Skinny or normal?

Is a person weighing 60kg at the age of 34 skinny or its a normal body?

    It depends whether the person is male or female.  A female weighing 60kg would be slightkly fat, but a male would be slightly skinny.

    For a female who is tall or average height with average body build it would be normal . If it were a girl of a petite height and small frame, it would be fat .
