Has anyone else gotten over a "traumatic" experience without help? Trigger warning, as if that'll stop anyone from reading?

I have. I frequently cried about it at night, but then I just got over it. I never told anyone, but I stopped being bothered by it for myself. Now I just feel bad for the younger victim. I'm not saying don't get help or whatever, everyone is different. Anyway, when I look it up, it just seems unheard of. I was molested when I was 10 by a family friend, which is apparently suppose to really hurt, but I'm fine. Is it even bad enough to be considered trauma? I don't know for other people, but I don't think I'd call it trauma for me.

Update:

Edit: Don't get mad at me. I'm not saying that other people are a certain way, I'm literally just talking about my experience and my feelings and seeing if anyone has felt a similar way.

You are one of a small group of people who have a very strong mind. I have gone through several horrible traumas and yet, was able to deal with then move past the incident. I learned from my experiences.

You're just a very strong person. If you can deal with it, good for you. Keep moving on with your life. Good luck.

Are you actually fine though? Just because you don't cry about it anymore doesn't mean it's not there. It affects you for life in small ways, in how you see relationships, people, the world.

I never found therapy helpful, but the abuse I suffered at 5 still informs my life. I don't have PTSD or flashbacks or anything and I don't consciously think about it much but it still affects me.
