What are the practical less expensive ways to lose belly fats? Or do you have any less expensive foods to suggest to lose belly fats?

    Drink water with lemon in it. Eat more brocolli and califlower. Cut back on bread, pastas and potatoes. Walk 30 mins often. Use natural sugar put 1/3 a teraspoon in coffee. Eat more fruits.

    Cut back on carbs and get rid of as much sugar intake as you can. Cardio activities like walking,running,exercise bikes are good.

    Less expensive than what? You didn't give us a reference for comparison. Ideally, one should eat healthy and that means limiting your consumption of processed foods. When selecting fresh foods, go for ones that are in season. They'll be cheaper than ones not in season. You may also find that buying some fruits/veggies that are frozen can be cost saving, and they won't go bad as quickly as some fresh foods do.

    i second the recommendation to eat less. stay on a strict diet of honestly as little calories as you can consume. gum is your best friend and it’ll suppress your appetite so you’re eating less. personally id skip breakfast and then pick between eating breakfast and dinner but eat like 1/4 of what you’d usually eat. depends on how much fat you have and how small you’re trying to make your stomach go but if you want even a chance at a flat stomach then restriction and generally starving off the excess weight you have is the first step

    for context i have been dieting for years and sit comfortably at a size 0 (00 if I’m having a good day lol) and i literally got my stomach from being 33in to 22in by not eating. im telling you I used to be FAT and my belly was so round it was basically a potbelly and now my waist is like tiny

    Just eat less. If you eat half as much it'll cost less money. Otherwise replace stuff you're eating with fruits and vegetables.
