I agree that some therapy may help.
I also started having children when I was young. Although it was difficult to see other people live their lives compared to the way I was living mine, I am so grateful for my children. Being a mother is truly a blessing, especially when the children start to become your best friends. As they grow older, she will have time to do the fun things that she missed out on. Try to advise her to love that child and understand that she was given a gift.

Tell her to grow her hair long enough so she can use it as a mop to clean up after her child's excrement, clean her anus, and ring it out in the toilet to save money on toilet paper. It is a life hack and I think it will make her feel better.

A good counselor, perhaps, who can help her work through her feelings as well as figure out ways that she can enjoy some aspects of the young adult life while still being a mother. She also should get in some form of long-term birth control, since she should not have any more kids anytime soon, if ever.
