Wash your hair again. It isn't the ingredients in the condition or shampoo as much as it is that you didn't get it all out of your hair.  Rinse your hair for a full minute to get out shampoo and another full minute when you rinse out conditioner.  If possible, get the water spray up under your hair next to your scalp.

Also, only apply condition to the end of your hair.  If you are going to heat dry your hair, you could consider using a leave-in spray designed specifically to protect your hair from heat damage.

Don't use a conditioner or only use it on  the ends.

Shampoo your hair before conditioner, targeting the scalp. Next use conditioner, avoid applying conditioner to your scalp. You should only be applying it to the lengths of your hair.
