Are people with disabilities the target/victims of white supremacy?

Probably not, the reason being is that in the U.S. the majority of the population is white. Most of the disabled are also white. So that creates a sort of a paradox for the idea that people with disabilities are targets or victims of white supremacy.

There was a time when they were, back in the 1920s when the pseudoscience of eugenics amplified the fear that every deformity was inherited and that racial characteristics other than white were degenerating. The laws against miscegenation were aimed at preserving the 'purity' of the white genetic stock (and this is still a hot topic for racists). But after WWII, people began to realize that many disabilities were the result of accidents during birth or in utero, and the fear of genetic deformities greatly subsided. Then the anti-abortion crowd came along, and the idea of aborting deformed fetuses (which the right used to embrace) became forbidden.
