how to send package to Romania with USPS?
I sold an item from ebay and this buyer is from Romania
ebay can't print shipping label with address that has more than 40 characters
so I have to use USPS but I can't tell which is street, city and province
can anyone tell me how to write address in a format usps want

Print the address as you got it from the buyer and tape it to the package. Best is to cover the whole address in clear tape, and put a copy inside the package. Print Romania bold in all capitals and underline it: ROMANIA (YA won't let me bold it or underline it but you get the idea). Mail it so it can be tracked and send the tracking number to the buyer.
