    Probably Joe Biden's yet-to-be-named VP pick. Because the Biden campaign, not really Biden himself, will probably win the election and then Biden will resign at 2 years + 1 day into his first term. This is because a VP who takes office even 24 hours after the halftime mark of an administration still gets two more runs at the office. If he resigned prior to that his VP would only get one more run.
