How much can I charge as an SAT tutor?

I received an 800 on math and 690 on reading (1490 composite---only took it once and there was a fluke with the reading section since I forgot my ID and had to sprint down the hall to get it and was super stressed out).

I'm in the 99th percentile, and I've worked at Kumon and done other volunteer tutoring for about 6 months.

I'm a rising senior in HS. How much should I be able to charge as a tutor for the SAT, either in person or virtually?

You can get exactly what you negotiate for. It's not enough that you got a good score - getting a good score doesn't mean that you can teach it or train someone else effectively. Think of it like music or sports - just because you can play the piano doesn't mean you can teach it well, or tennis or anything else. Teaching requires you to think beyond what you've accomplished and to break it down into the building blocks of how you did it and what caused your success. I suggest you try, but don't try charging too much. You'll discover what I'm talking about when you start planning your lessons and getting questions from your student(s).
