Isn't there a Yahoo bulletin board where people can post complaints and discuss issues?
Once long ago, when yahoo answers was actually green, it was so much easier to navigate here and there.
But now everything's changed and I can't seem to navigate so easily.
Can anyone tell me where the yahoo bulletin board is?

There is the suggestion-board. You can get there by clicking "send feedback" in the lower right corner.
Please read the existing suggestions first, so you don't post a copy. If several suggestions are identical and you agree with them, vote on the highest ranking one of them

LOOK --at the bottom right hand side of your screen...........down in the bottom right hand corner , you will see this.............

That takes you to the suggestion board ....where you can make suggestions, post your beefs, gripe a little, or comment on other people 's suggestions, gripes and beefs.

There is no message board feature on Yahoo anymore (discontinued at least 7 yrs ago). There is a feedback forum for you to make suggestions https://yahoo.uservoice.com/ so you could suggest a similar feature be reinstated. The feedback forum is for alerting Yahoo to problems with an area of Yahoo or to suggest a change/improvement to an area of Yahoo. The only area of Yahoo suitable for "discussions" are within Yahoo Groups (link below).
