how to loose 10 pounds in a week?

i want to loose so much weight I don’t care if it’s unhealthy. how do I loose it? don’t give me answers like just be healthy exercise drink water I’ve been doing that for a year and nothing’s changed I need extreme answers please

    Amputating one of your lower limbs would result in significant weight loss. The femur is the largest bone in the body, after all. And it's nice and extreme, just like you asked for.

    Most people can't lose 10 pounds in a week, but some have on Atkins and Ketogenic diets if they are following the diet properly.  the first weight we lose is water weight/fluids.  Fat loss doesn't start til after 10 days to 2 weeks, as the rule.  

    And you have to stick with it or the ten pounds of fluid you lost will come right back as soon as you start eating junky food again.  It's just the way it is.

    i don't care what any of the others say on here, IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE 10 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK and the only way that will happen is if you chop off a body part or two

    Sit in a sauna for two.hours every day then walk five miles daily.
