No, because your scenario did not happen. The woman served 20 years for a non-violent drug offense. Obama pardoned over 300 on his last day in office and over 1700 in 8 years, most for drug offenses.
If you wanted the black vote, you would sound like this: "You ain't black of you don't vote for me".
