I love to eat pasta, constantly.  I rarely eat meat but I do eat fruits and vegetables...and lots of pasta, even noodles. Is that healthy? ?

    You need protein cottage cheese, greek yogurt, protein shakes.

    You're fine. No one's ever died of eating too much pasta or noodles. They are bad for you, but everything is technically bad for you. Life is short so enjoy it.
