which fantastic four comic is the best to read? ?

I've never been a fan of the FF.  They're not really interesting to me.  But I felt John Byrne's run was the only good FF I ever read myself.  Here's an article suggesting that and a couple others.

My favorite fantastic four comics are by the writer Jonathan Hickman. I can’t post links or pictures for some reason but if you google image search Jonathan Hickman reading order and click the first image you’ll get a big reading order for all the comics he wrote for marvel up to 2015. You can just read the fantastic four comics if you want starting with the dark reign miniseries, but I reccomend reading avengers after. Reed and Black Panther and Namor and Doom are all important characters in the stories and certain plot lines continue over from the series.
