eBay: cancellation pending-what does this mean? ?
I bought something on eBay almost 4 weeks ago, immediately after making the purchase I realised it wasn’t what I needed so I sent a message to the seller and asked if it was possible to cancel it and refund my money, or if I had to wait until it arrives. I got no response.
A week later a sent another message asking what is happening with the order, no response.
This kept happening until the 4th message I sent her and now it says “cancellation pending” - she says she cancelled it the day I sent the message and it’s up to eBay to refund me. Is this true? How do I get in contact with eBay?

did you receive your item in mail? If not file item not received claim against seller, a ebay buyer requested refund from me last week, I approved refund, buyer got refund same day. I think your seller is playing games not wanting to refund. I do some ebay selling.

Go into your Ebay account and top right you'll see the "My Ebay" button. Click on "My messages" and on the left hand side you'll see the "Help and Contact" link. You should be able to work it out from there.
