Obese people are obese because of their own bad choices and bad decisions not because of fate or genetics - true or false?

True. A lot then, mostly females, get health issues because of obesity that then makes weight loss even harder

not always ,can be medical reasons 

Many medical conditions and problems can contribute to weight gain. It is not always due to overeating. 

I have read its also because of genetics. But its fully the habbit of that person, if he/she can control itself, no obese.

Some of the heavy people may have other issues:

 it is not always their diets...

They could be health nuts and still be heavy.

Some of the causes may be endocrinological, such as genetics,  metabolical, hormonal, or poverty driven.

If no medical condition or genetics then yea
