How to feel lats during pullups?
Hi, so I've started pullups but I just can't feel my lats. Like, I can pull myself over the bar but I mainly just feel it in my rhomboids and traps. I've tried leg assisted ones with muscle mind connection tips such as "armpits being tickled" and "bring your elbows down to your hips" and I just cannot feel them being used. Any tips?
