What should I do if someone I don't partially care for asks me to hang out? ?
So someone who I don't particularly care for keeps asking me to hangout. He messages maybe two to three times a day and sometimes pressures me to talk about stuff that I don't want to share. So should I bite the bullet even though I don't particularly like him? I also feel kind of bad for him because he doesn't have many friends to hang with. And he's been pretty good to me.

So you're basically asking if you should act fake. Hell no. Life is too short. Just be real with everyone around you, of course in a polite and respectful way. Life is actually easier when you're just real with people. The real way to care for a person is to be honest and it's a great quality to practice - honesty.
The truth is, you want him to leave you alone and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Stop thinking there is. You're not his therapist and you do not owe him anything. Each person needs to be responsible for their own emotions.
